锦丰金矿进路掘进凿岩爆破优化试验研究

Experimental study on approach excavation drilling blasting optimization in Jinfeng Gold Mine

  • 摘要: 锦丰金矿岩石质量整体较差,岩石等级为极差至中等。针对采用进路式开采存在的巷道掘进工作量大,掘进效率和掘进质量不高的问题,对掘进凿岩爆破参数进行优化,以获得良好的爆破指标,提高凿岩效率。通过对锦丰金矿进路掘进开展凿岩爆破参数优化试验,减少了炮孔数,提高了凿岩效率,合理的布孔参数和装药量解决了爆破根底问题,同时控制了超欠挖现象,减少采矿损失贫化,巷道成型好,进尺大,获得了预期效果。

     

    Abstract: The rock quality in Jinfeng Gold Mine is overall poor,classified from extremely bad to medium.In light of the problems in the approach mining,such as the intense workload of roadway excavation,and poor excavation efficiency and quality,the excavation drilling blasting parameters are optimized,to obtain a good blasting index and improve drilling efficiency.By carrying out an experimental study on approach excavation drilling blasting parameters optimization in Jinfeng Gold Mine,the number of boreholes is reduced,and the drilling efficiency is improved.Reasonable borehole parameters layout and charge completely solve the blasting problems,and at the same time regulate over and under break,mitigate mining loss and dilution.The roadway forms well and the approach footage is great,living up to expectations.
