某含金原生矿石沸腾焙烧—氰化提金工艺试验研究

Experimental research on the boiling roasting-cyanidation gold extraction process for a gold-bearing primary ore

  • 摘要: 某含金原生矿石直接氰化浸出金浸出率很低,仅为2.68 %。针对矿石性质,进行了沸腾焙烧工艺研究。结果表明:在沸腾焙烧温度600 ℃、物料停留时间1.0~1.5 h、气料比1.10 m3/kg(工况)、空气气氛条件下,获得的烟尘产率为7.10 %,焙砂产率为90.80 %,总产率为97.90 %,铁、硫、碳氧化率分别为95.14 %、96.08 %、74.88 %;混合砂(烟尘与溢流焙砂混合)氰化浸出金浸出率为83.12 %。试验获得的沸腾焙烧工艺参数可为工业应用提供指导。

     

    Abstract: The gold leaching rate of direct cyanide leaching of a gold-bearing primary ore is low at only 2.68 %.According to the ore property,study of boiling roasting process is carried out.The results show that under the conditions that the boiling roasting temperature is 600 ℃,streams stay for 1.0-1.5 h and gas-solid ratio is 1.10 m3/kg(working situation) in air atmosphere,the fume productivity is 7.10 %,roasting slag productivity is 90.80 %,total productivity is 97.90 %,the oxidization rates for iron,sulfur and carbon are 95.14 %,96.08 % and 74.88 % respectively;the cyanide leaching rate of gold from mixed slags(fume and roasting slags mixed) is 83.12 %.The parameters of the boiling roasting process obtained in the test can provide guidance for industrial application.
