印染废水中极高质量浓度氰化物处理试验研究

Experimental study on the treatment of extremely high mass concentration cyanide in printing and dyeing wastewater

  • 摘要: 某印染废水中存在极高质量浓度氰化物,采用硫代硫酸盐法处理废水难度大、成本高。采用长春黄金研究院有限公司自主研发的3R-O净化回收技术处理该印染废水,总氰化合物质量浓度从7 520 mg/L降至低于50 mg/L,氰化物去除率超过97.5 %;且绝大部分氰化物得到回收利用,氰化物回收率高达99.1 %。3R-O净化回收技术处理该印染废水取得了较好的经济效益和环境效益。

     

    Abstract: It is difficult and costs much to treat the printing and dyeing wastewater with extremely high mass concentration cyanide in it using thiosulfate.3R-O purification and recycling technology,independently developed by Changchun Gold Research Institute Company Limited,is used to treat printing and dyeing wastewater.The results show that the total cyanide mass concentration decreases from 7 520 mg/L to less than 50 mg/L,the cyanide removal rate exceeds 97.5 % while most of the cyanide is recycled with the recovery rate 99.1 %.The 3R-O purification and recycling technology treating printing and dyeing wastewater achieves satisfactory economic and environmental benefits.
