金青顶矿区急倾斜破碎矿体下向进路充填采矿法的优化与应用

Optimization and application of downward approach filling mining method for steeply inclined broken orebody in Jinqingding Mining District

  • 摘要: 随着采深增加,金青顶矿区采用的高水固结尾砂下向进路充填采矿法存在采矿效率低,回采安全性差,矿石质量管理困难,工人劳动强度大等问题。根据矿区急倾斜破碎矿体开采技术条件,开展了采矿方法及实施工艺优化试验研究,最终确定了C料尾砂下向进路充填采矿法为最佳方案,并且在现场工业试验中取得了采矿损失率4.43 %,矿石贫化率3.52 %,单个采场生产能力56.6 t/d的良好技术经济指标。

     

    Abstract: With increasing mining depth,the high-water tailings solidification downward filling mining method used in the Jinqingding Mining District becomes poor in mining efficiency and safety,leads to difficulty of ore management and high labour intensity.Based on the technical conditions of steeply inclined broken orebodies of the district,experimental research on the optimization of mining methods and construction process was conducted.The C material tailings downward approach filling mining method was decided as the optimal scheme,and has achieved good technical and economic indexes in field industrial test,include mining loss rate 4.43 %,mining dilution rate 3.52 %,single stope capacity 56.6 t/d.
