某金矿氰化尾渣无害化处理试验研究

Experimental research on the detoxification treatment of cyanide tailings from a gold mine

  • 摘要: 针对某黄金矿山企业氰化尾渣特点,采用因科法对其进行无害化处理试验研究。试验对焦亚硫酸钠用量、反应时间、pH、气液比、矿浆浓度等影响因素进行了优化。在最佳试验条件下,处理后的滤渣毒性浸出液中总氰化合物质量浓度降至0.191 mg/L,氰化物去除率高达98.5 %,满足HJ 943—2018 《黄金行业氰渣污染控制技术规范》中氰渣尾矿库处置标准。

     

    Abstract: According to the cyanide tailings characteristics in a gold mine,inco method is used to carry out experimental research on the detoxification treatment.The experiment optimized the influence factors including the sodium metabisulfite dosage,reaction time,pH,gas-liquid ratio and slurry concentration.Under the optimal conditions,the total cyanide mass concentration of toxic leachate decreases to 0.191 mg/L after treatment,and the removal rate of cyanide is 98.5 %,meeting cyanide tailings pond disposal standard by HJ 943—2018 Technical Specification for Pollution Control of Cyanide Leaching Residue in Gold Industry.
