基于Ventsim的凌源矿业公司通风系统优化及应用

Optimization and application of the Ventsimbased ventilation system of Lingyuan mining company

  • 摘要: 矿井通风效果优劣不仅制约着矿山的安全生产,而且对采掘计划的进度实施影响巨大,直接关系到矿山年度生产任务的执行情况。针对凌源矿业公司在矿井通风方面存在的局部污风循环、采场通风效率低等问题,采用Ventsim通风模拟软件建立通风系统三维模型,以矿井生产需风量调节为出发点,通过对通风系统的网络解算与动态模拟,研究提出中央竖井进风,单翼集中回风的通风系统优化方案。现场工业应用和通风系统测试评价表明:新通风系统优化方案节能高效,风机效率达到80 %以上,解决了矿山生产中存在的局部污风循环、中深孔采场炮烟排出效率低及局部地段风速超标等通风问题,经济效益和社会效益显著,具有很好的推广应用价值。

     

    Abstract: The mine ventilation effect not only restricts the safe production of the mine,but also has a great impact on the progress of the mining plan,which is directly related to the implementation of the annual production task of the mine.In light of problems such as local circulation of polluted air and low stope ventilation efficiency in Lingyuan  mining company,a 3D ventilation system model is established based on Ventsim ventilation simulation software.To meet the air demand of underground production,with network calculation and dynamic simulation of ventilation system the paper proposed "air inflow from central shaft,concentrated air return in single wing" ventilation optimization plan.Industrial application and ventilation system evaluation show that the new ventilation system optimization plan is energy-saving as well as efficient with fan efficiency over 80 %,solving problems including local circulation of polluted air,low efficiency of medium-long hole blasting fume outlet and exceeding-standard air speed in local sections,creating significant economic and social benefits and bearing good promotion potentials.
