Abstract: Doing a good job in the safe production of non-coal mines,especially contractor’s safety production,has practical significance for realizing zero safety accidents of non-coal mines.The paper analyzes the safe production duties of the contracting party and contractor and the relationship between them,proposes the safe production of contractor to be integrated into the unified management idea of the contracting party,and put forward seven unified concepts,including ideas,systems,standards,processes,activities,logos,assessments,as well as specific seven-step operation and other recommendations,which can be used as reference for the safe production management of contractor in non-coal mines.
