深井开采个体防护降温服试验研究

Experimental study on the individual protection cooling suit for deep mine development

  • 摘要: 个体防护是深井开采研究的重要技术之一。通过对个体防护原理、冷却介质、相变材料、PCM降温服吸热机制的系统分析,研发了深井开采个体防护降温服,并开展了实用性试验研究。结果表明:穿着降温服受试者的核心温度、皮肤温度、心率均较不穿降温服者低,体感温度下降3 ℃~5 ℃,且工作效率显著提高;相变温度为20 ℃的降温服降温效果与持续时间最佳。

     

    Abstract: Individual protection is one of the important techniques in deep mining engineering study.Based on systematic analysis of individual protection principles,cooling media,phase-change materials,heat absorption mechanism of PCM cooling suit,the individual protection cooling suit for deep mine development is developed and the experimental study on its practicality is conducted.The results show that the test targets wearing cooling suits have lower core temperature,skin temperature and heart rate,and higher working efficiency,and the sensible temperature is lowered by 3 ℃-5 ℃;the cooling effect and sustainability of the cooling suits are the best when phase-change temperature is 20 ℃.
