某微细粒难处理金矿石选矿试验研究

Experimental study on the beneficiation of micro-fine refractory gold ores

  • 摘要: 某金矿石中金品位1.92 g/t,金属矿物主要为黄铁矿、毒砂和闪锌矿等,脉石矿物主要为白云母、石英、黑云母、长石、高岭土等。矿石中金矿物粒度细小,大部分金矿物与硫化物密切共生,部分微细粒金矿物与脉石矿物密切共生。采用单一浮选或氰化等常规工艺处理,金回收率较低。通过采用浮选—氰化联合工艺,获得了较好的选矿技术指标:浮选闭路流程金精矿产率9.83 %、金品位12.37 g/t、金回收率63.65 %,浮选尾矿氰化金回收率22.09 %,金总回收率85.74 %。

     

    Abstract: The gold grade of a certain gold ore is 1.92 %.The main metal minerals in are pyrite,arsenopyrite and blende,and the main gangue minerals are white mica,quartz,biotite,feldspar,kaolin,etc.The grain of the gold minerals was very fine,most of gold minerals were closely associated with sulfides and some fine gold was closely associated with gangue minerals.If the ores are processed by conventional processes like single flotation or cyanidation,the gold recovery rate will be low.However,the combined process of flotation and cyanidation has achieved good beneficiation index:in closed circuit flotation process,the productivity of gold concentrates is 9.83 %,the gold grade is 12.37 g/t,the gold recovery rate is 63.65 %; the gold recovery rate from cyanidation of flotation tailings is 22.09 % and the overall gold recovery rate is 85.74 %.
