某金精矿氰化尾渣回收金铜铅硫试验研究

Experimental study on recovery of gold,copper,lead and sulfur from cyanide residue of a gold concentrate

  • 摘要: 某复杂金精矿采用直接氰化工艺提取金银后,氰化尾渣外销至硫酸厂,但其中的金、铜、铅基本不予计价,造成有价金属流失。试验采用氰化尾渣混合浮选、铜硫分离浮选、铜铅分离浮选工艺处理,产出硫精矿、铜精矿、铅精矿,回收率分别为硫89.49 %、铜85.18 %、铅65.10 %,金总回收率73.28 %,实现了氰化尾渣中有价元素的高效综合回收,经济效益和社会效益显著。

     

    Abstract: Gold and silver are extracted from a complex gold  concentrate by direct cyanidation.Cyanide residue is exported to sulphuric acid plant,but basically the gold,copper and lead are not valued,causing the loss of valuable metals.The processes of bulk flotation of cyanide residue,copper-sulfur separation flotation,and copper-lead separation flotation were used in the test,producing sulfur concentrate,copper concentrate and lead concentrate,the recovery rate of sulfur is 89.49 %,copper 85.18 %,lead 65.10 %,and the total recovery rate of gold is 73.28 %,realizing efficient comprehensive recovery of valuable elements from cyanide residue and achieving outstanding economic and social benefits.
