某含铜金精矿焙砂硫脲浸出试验研究

Experimental research on thiourea leaching of a copper-bearing gold concentrate calcine

  • 摘要: 某含铜金精矿焙砂中铜含量高,直接进行酸性硫脲浸出,铜会对硫脲浸出产生不利影响。针对该含铜金精矿焙砂性质特点,进行了酸浸脱铜、硫脲浸出试验研究。结果表明:经过酸浸脱铜预处理后,采用硫脲浸出工艺处理该含铜金精矿焙砂,金浸出速率较快,且金浸出率相对较高;在优化条件下,经过1 h的硫脲浸出,金浸出率可达92.2 %,银浸出率可达48.6 %;硫脲浸出工艺可实现快速高效回收金精矿焙砂中金的目的。

     

    Abstract: In direct acidic thiourea leaching of a copper-bearing gold concentrate calcine,copper will impose adverse effect due to the high copper content.According to the features of the calcine,experiment research has been carried out on copper removal by acidic leaching and thiourea leaching process.The results show that the adoption of copper-relieving acidic pretreatment and thiourea leaching process,the gold leaching speed is faster and the gold leaching rate is higher;under optimized conditions,after 1 h leaching by thiourea,the gold leaching rate can reach 92.2 % and the silver leaching rate can reach 48.6 %.The data indicate that the thiourea leaching process can meet the goal of rapid and efficient gold recovery from gold concentrate calcine.
