银山矿千枚岩破坏特征及地压分布规律分析

Analysis on failure characteristics and ground pressure distribution rule of phyllite in Yinshan Mine

  • 摘要: 在地下回采作业中,掌握采场地压活动规律,采取有效措施控制地压活动,是实现安全高效开采的重要保障。银山矿采用分段空场上向中深孔落矿采矿法回采,根据现有采矿方法及矿(岩)体禀赋状态,利用RFPA2D-SRM强度折减有限元软件对千枚岩的破坏形式进行模拟,结果显示:银山矿千枚岩破坏的主要形式为片理状千枚岩的溃屈破坏。同时,结合现场监测数据,得到原岩地应力分布规律方程,并提出对应的地压控制措施。研究成果为类似矿山的应力分布规律研究提供一定的理论支持和工程借鉴经验。

     

    Abstract: In underground mining,it ensures safe and effective mining to master ground pressure activity rules in the stope and adopt effective measures of controlling the ground pressure activity.Yinshan Mine adopted sublevel open stope upward medium-long hole caving mining method for stoping.According to the current mining method and ore rock mass occurrence status,RFPA2D-SRM strength reduction finite element software was used to simulate the failure forms of phyllite.The results show that buckling failure is the main form of phyllite failure.At the same time,based on field monitoring data,primary rock stress distribution rule formula was obtained and corresponding ground pressure control measures were put forward.The research results can provide theoretical support and engineering references for the study of stress distribution rules in similar mines.
