云南某含金银硫精矿综合回收试验研究

Experimental research on comprehensive recovery of certain sulfide concentrates containing gold and silver in Yunnan

  • 摘要: 云南某含金银硫精矿采用细磨—氰化浸出工艺回收金、银,存在金、银回收率低等问题。为提高资源综合利用率,进行了焙烧—焙砂水洗—氰化浸出试验研究。结果表明:在获得的最佳试验条件下,金、银浸出率分别达到89.51 %和37.31 %,较原细磨—氰化浸出工艺分别提高了约30百分点和12百分点,同时获得了产率67.85 %、铁品位62.60 %、铁回收率96.69 %的磁铁精矿。研究结果为含金银硫精矿资源的综合利用提供了有益参考。

     

    Abstract: The gold and silver are recovered from certain sulfide concentrates containing gold and silver in Yunnan with fine grinding-cyanide leaching process,which is faced with low gold and silver recovery rates.To improve comprehensive resource utilization rates,experimental research on roasting-roasting slag washing-cyanide leaching process is carried out.The results show that under the optimal test conditions obtained,the gold and silver leaching rates are 89.51 % and 37.31 % respectively;the gold and silver leaching rates are increased by about 30 and 12 percentage points respectively compared with the previous fine grinding-cyanide leaching process;at the same time,magnetite concentrates with productivity 67.85 %,iron grade 62.60 % and iron recovery rate 96.69 % are obtained.The research results can provide beneficial reference for the comprehensive utilization of sulfide concentrates containing gold and silver.
