某金锑矿选别试验研究

Experimental study on the beneficiation of an overseas gold-antimony deposit

  • 摘要: 金和锑对国民经济发展具有重要意义。为实现某金锑矿的高效综合回收利用,并减少环境污染,开展了工艺矿物学与浮选试验研究。工艺矿物学研究结果表明,该矿石金品位2.16 g/t、锑品位0.67 %,均具备回收利用价值;矿石中金矿物主要为自然金、银金矿和碲金银矿,锑矿物主要为辉锑矿,二者可浮性较好。浮选试验结果表明,采用锑金等可浮再分离—金浮选工艺流程,BK526作为锑金分离的环保抑制剂,可获得锑品位57.31 %、锑回收率87.25 %的锑精矿,金品位45.34 g/t、金回收率82.28 %的金精矿,实现了锑、金高效环保浮选分离。

     

    Abstract: Gold and antimony are of great importance to the national economy.To achieve efficient and comprehensive recovery of gold and antimony from a gold-antimony deposit while reducing environmental pollution,a study on process mineralogy and flotation experiments was conducted.The results of the process mineralogy study showed that the ore has a gold grade of 2.16 g/t and an antimony grade of 0.67 %,both of which are of recoverable value.The main gold minerals are native gold,electrum,and silver-gold telluride,while the primary antimony mineral is stibnite,both showing good floatability.The flotation test results indicate that using the combined gold-antimony bulk flotation followed by separation of gold flotation,with BK526 as an environmentally friendly inhibitor for gold-antimony separation,produced an antimony concentrate with a grade of 57.31 % and a recovery rate of 87.25 %,and a gold concentrate with a grade of 45.34 g/t and a recovery rate of 82.28 %,achieving efficient and environmentally friendly flotation separation of antimony and gold.
